What I’m About
My name is Shelli. I’m from the Midwest and I love to draw stuff on people’s arms. In the deepest parts of me, I know my ideal job would be a janitor or maid. What could be better? Loving on people, developing relationships, listening to the iPod, being in my own simple world… I love Mugby more than I love myself. I want to understand grace better. I want to understand people better. I am part of a team of young missionaries going to a place called “Seeee-attt-ole” to begin a church. What will make this church any different from the thousands before it, you might ask? Nothing. Except that this church will be built upon the most basic parts of the Gospel of Christ- who God is and who we are in response to Him. It’s really quite beautiful. I am in love with the world. I look around and see potential everywhere…
